In this episode, Dr. Grandey discusses the challenges women face during these stages, and how they impact careers and self-perception. “In addition to the challenge of trying to do your work, you're also trying to hide your symptoms,” she says, “which is a double whammy in terms of effort expended.” Listen in to learn the importance of self-advocacy, embracing menopause as a transformative stage, and fostering a more inclusive environment in the workplace.
