We are all trying to stay ahead of the trends, maintain a loyal staff and effectively handle problem customers. How you manage your staff plays a huge role in their happiness, their longevity, and their loyalty to your business. Having an amazing and extensive team at your fingertips is a critical factor in your restaurant’s success. Your team can also help you identify and anticipate trends, especially if they are the same demographic as your customer! What your team may not love to do is deal with problem customers. While some problem customers are easily appeased, others have been known to make a spectacle in front of fellow guests.
