Mark Pellegrino is a unique actor in modern Hollywood. For a guy who has played Lucifer (Supernatural) and an abusive ex (Dexter), you could call him something of a unicorn for his politics. Pellegrino is a committed Objectivist, an adherent of Ayn Rand and the founder of the American Capitalist Party. He believes deeply that emotion, altruism, and instinct are not good guides for a healthy politics or society.
