Monique is a counselor; she has a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy and specializes in self-care. She is American-Indian, and she was born and raised in a traditional family.
When she was younger, she battled against depression, and her journey is a very inspiring one because now, she helps other people find their true, authentic self.
