In Episode 36 of Season 2, Trinity and Mike talk about who looks to hire a coach and what types of people aren't coachable.
People hire coaches because they are not seeking the results they want; they're stuck on implementing new strategies; or they are ready to grow their business and not sure on the next steps.
People who should not hire a coach are those who think they have it all figured out; those who don't follow through; and those who are a negative Nancy!
