My name is Jailen Quinell Burrell, I am an aspiring Olympian, Future Pilot and lover of music, poetry and photography. I am passionate about track, planes, therapy & my community. I started this podcast to give a voice to fellow & former athletes, as well as coaches to discuss taboo topics centered around mental health & wellness.
