Jingle Bells! Forest won away, making it five on the bounce, and putting them into second place in the Premier League! A goal and an assist for Chris Wood showcased the Reds' ability on the counter-attack, with Morgan Gibbs-White getting the second, and it could have been more with Sosa, Williams, Elanga and Awoniyi forcing decent saves from Jordan Pickford. A toothless Everton were no match for Milenković and Morato at centre back.
