18. Being on furlough for 18 months

I have been back to work full-time for over two months now after being off for over a year. In this episode, I am reflecting on the main challenges of going back to work and sharing my top tips about building a more aligned and happier life, which allows time for creativity and projects that really matter. Some very practical suggestions that anyone can implement in their life to bring more freedom and gentle changes:
- avoiding checking emails in the morning
- creating pockets for creative thinking decreasing caffeine spending time outside keeping my calendar free where possible speaking to other people and sharing challenges taking the pressure of doing everything 'perfectly' every time Finally I am sharing what is coming up, some of the exciting projects that I am currently working on.
