High performing individuals and world leaders are no different than professional athletes, they all need coaches and people they can trust in their inner circle. Cruz comes from the corporate world, as an executive, responsible for regional sales at a fortune 100 power generation equipment manufacturer.

He experienced first-hand the thrills of a successful corporate career. After a long self-discovery journey, he realized he wanted to dedicate the rest of his professional life to serve his clients and help them achieve the impossible while creating prosperous careers and businesses inspired by the desire to make an impact.

Cruz is a father of two kids, and he takes the responsibility as a parent as his most important job. He is a big advocate of the environment, an entrepreneur and avid consumer of personal growth and leadership books. He read 100s of books on leadership and personal development in the last 10 years as part of his journey and honed his leadership and coaching skills by putting theory into practice.Cruz is an NYU MBA, he has lived in several countries and speaks three languages. He has lived and travelled in many places, and experienced many cultures and ways of life. He currently lives in Massachusetts with his family. He cares deeply about the environment and is an investor in renewables. He feels happy and connected when he is in nature. He is grateful to live in Massachusetts and be surrounded by a great community of neighbours and friends.
