About the guest – Amy Armstrong is a pioneer in bringing innovative conflict resolution practices to the arena of family law and beyond. As Co-founder of The Center for Family Resolution (CFR) in Columbus, Ohio, Amy has established a hub for specialized trauma-informed interventions addressing diverse needs in families, businesses, schools, and communities. CFR professional coaches, under Amy's training and guidance, navigate complex situations such as divorce, politics, power-struggles, and co-parenting issues for court-involved families. Notable presentations include "The Paradox of Power” and “Trauma-Informed Approaches to Conflict Resolution” as well as frequent talks for the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts and The Ohio Supreme court.
