Some say ego death, some say dark night of the soul - today we’re getting into the transformation of recovery. I was first introduced to the self-development world back in 2013 and since then I’ve learned a few things about how the classes and programs work.
On one hand, it’s useful to hold a mirror up to yourself and confront whatever is happening in your journey. On the other hand, it’s easy to get addicted to self-development programs and unfortunately, some are less helpful than others.
If you’re on a self-discovery journey, are you performing your transformation, or are you really doing the work? Are you putting on a show that everything is all healed and your traumas are all gone, or have you really dived into the issues that are keeping you from being your full self?
