James Rill is one of America’s foremost antitrust lawyers, and he has served as assistant attorney general in charge of the U.S. Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division. William Kovacic is the Global Competition Professor of Law and Policy and the director of the Competition Law Center at the George Washington University School of Law. He was formerly a member of the Federal Trade Commission and chaired the agency in 2008-2009.
