Today Matt and Kristy-Lee are sharing their key end of financial year activities–that are not strictly finance based (although numbers do get a mention).
Quite often in business the plans we set at the beginning of any calendar year, well they simply don’t go to plan. Things change, priorities are re-arranged, clients come and go and we try things that simply don’t work. The end of financial year marks a great time to take stock, check in and reset for the second half of the calendar year.
