Sean has spent the past 35 years working for BT in a variety of roles. Working his way up from a Customer Service Engineer to Head of Change Management, ITIL Specialist and now his current role as Senior Manager, Governance and Insights. He is ITIL 4 certified and is a Certified Scrum Master. Member chair at the ITSMF for London and South East region.
