From canoeing and camping with the Wild River Academy to long distance trail running, Nia cherishes memories made out in the wild. These days they are continuously expanding their herbal education, crafting herbal salves, syrups and salad dressings, reading insatiably, cooking elaborate dinners and, of course, brewing beer without hops -- something they consider a natural extension of their queer identity.
