Pina Colada Recipe:
1.5 oz. Light Rum
.5 oz. Dark Rum
1.5 oz Pineapple Juice
.25 oz fresh squeezed Lime Juice
.50 oz Cream of Coconut
2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
In a shaker add light rum, pineapple juice, lime juice, cream of coconut and ice. Shake for 30 seconds. Strain into a tall glass over crushed ice. Pour the dark rum on top. Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters. Garnish with a pineapple wedge. Enjoy!
