Thousands of women around the globe are obsessed with finding their “Kibbe” type. About ten years ago, I went down the rabbit hole too and bought David Kibbe's Metamorphosis: Discover Your Image Identity and Dazzle As Only You Can. In this episode I rip a takeaway out of his system and relate it to how you can use separates strategically in your wardrobe.

After I gave her her body type information and my recommendations, she asked me if I had any idea what her Kibbe type was.
