Smarter Than You Think

Hey leaders, the uncomfortable truth is this: We're held responsible for stewarding the culture around us ... and yes, we have a high impact on it.
Having that said, part of taking responsibility as leaders means owning what we've contributed to the cultures we lead in. Continuing in an established culture, however unhealthy, is a lot easier than shifting it and that's a reality we have to face. Don't worry, we'll face it together.
Our challenge today is to be a disruptor of unhealthy and dysfunctional culture. So what does it look like to do something differently? The first step is believing you CAN do it differently. And friend, you can. You have the opportunity to shift what gets handed to you organizationally and to correct un-health that's been allowed to grow. But you can't do it alone.
