An attorney who spent time growing the Good Food Institute and a former director with the Animal Defense Fund, Rawling brings her expertise on the intersection of food, agriculture, animal rights and social justice to this latest venture focused on not only on changing the way the fashion, automotive and textile industries use materials in their products — but what they fundamentally have access to.
