We talk with Elena's mother, Nancy Holley this week. Like her daughter, she shares some amazing stories of life changing times in Mexico. She realized that starting to get white hairs at 20 means enlightenment, dodged being raped and that 20 year olds do dumb stuff. Back in the states after Mexico, time in the Hood river valley, building icosahedrons requires a math mind.
