* Eric Holder was sentenced to 60 years for killing Nipsey Hussle. We had calculated his eligibility date 2070, 85 percent of the 60 year sentence, but according to the CDC, Holder is eligible for parole in 2039, 20 years after the murder. He is currently in Delano (North Kern State Prison) doing is 90 day observation before he is sent to his last prison location for the next several years.
* More Capitol rioters arrested in the month of March and April 2023. Currently six rioters are on the run from prosecution. Evan Neumann fled to Italy then Belarus, received political assylum. Olivia Michele Pollock and Joseph Daniel Hutchinson, who, while out on bail, slipped their ankle monitors and escaped days before they were supposed to go on trial.

* Why is Trump the first US president charged? Bill Clinton, George Bush, and others committed high crimes and misdemeanors. There was always talk of indictments on the horizon, including Hilary Clinton, but it never happened. Why Trump, and why now? Are these serious crimes?
* The Tekashi 69 assault in the gym was real. Palm Beach County arrested three people, Rafael Medina, Jr., 43, Octavious Medina, 23, and Anthony Maldonado, 25 – were arrested Thursday, the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office
* San Antonio rapper Darrell Gentry, better known as BTB Savage, died in a shooting in Houston just days after an interview posted of him talking about how he and his girl killed a man in self defense in San Antonio, Texas. According to KENS5.com, BTB Savage was insensitive about the victim and his mother told him not to talk about the self defense killing.
Houston police are still looking for the attackers who pulled alongside the rapper's Mercedes and repeatedly shot him. Officers called the shooting "targeted.
