Today, we have the privilege of speaking with Zoe Poulton, an expert in change management and leadership development with an impressive background spanning over 20 years in the Royal Air Force and corporate consulting.

Zoe’s military career saw her handle roles in air defense, instruction, HR, and leadership development, including a major project to update officer training. She later transitioned to consulting and started her own venture, Glass Ripple Consulting. In our conversation, Zoe shares:
