On top of that, I'm so excited to welcome back Kristin Quattlebaum to That Projector Life. Kristin is a 1/3 Emotional Projector, and in this episode, she's sharing how she's learned and grown since we last spoke with her. (I highly recommend checking out Kristin's first TPL interview. It's episode 85.)

We talk a lot about emotions and emotional healing as Kristin shares about her approach to working with her emotional authority. She also walks us through the idea of a secondary authority and how that influenced her ability to connect with and work with her emotional authority.

This was such a fun episode, and Kristin shares so much insight into the workings of the Solar Plexus and her own experiences with it. If you or someone you know is an emotional authority, I definitely recommend giving this episode a listen and reflecting on the power of emotions.

And even if you're like me and don't have an emotional authority, Kristin's approach to emotions is definitely one worth reflecting on - because we do experience emotions.
