With many souls leaving the planet during the pandemic we are left with lack of closure, heaviness and feeling isolated. Practices of communicating with our inner knowing, nature and those that have crossed over are ancient and can offer us practical ways to heal, grow resilient and heal ourselves, community, and those beyond the veil.
