Losing weight is a long journey that is filled with up and downs.

Literally.

And when the “downs” or the standstills happen, it is easy to want to give up, decide that your program isn’t working, and go back to your previous eating habits.

It is in these moments of doubt that you need to have something to turn to to remind you of all that you are capable of doing, and in today’s podcast, one of my clients is going to share what that thing has been for her.

And how using this strategy has allowed her to successfully lose 86 pounds and keep it off despite a six month plateau.
