Joseph Norman, also known as Fluid Levels, is a seasoned oil and gas consultant with three decades of expertise in optimizing artificial lift systems, particularly rod pump systems. He plays a pivotal role on the Board of the Artificial Lift Research & Development Council (ALRDC), serving as Chair of the Website Committee and Co-chair of the Volunteer Committee.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Joseph is passionate about developing community leaders. He founded Project L.A.M.B.O., an after-school program focused on teaching students financial literacy and digital trade skills. A dedicated family man, he and his wife Belinda reside in Midland, Texas, where they raise their four children. Additionally, Joseph played college football at Texas Tech, has starred in four successful films, and enjoys a vibrant presence on social media.
