Kelly Hancox has worked for Garmin Ltd. for nearly eight years, cultivating partnerships to bring new features to the Olathe, Kansas-based company’s multitude of devices. As director of business development and strategic partnerships, Hancox works closely with Garmin engineers to find out what they need, ranging from new Bluetooth stack software to brand partnerships.

Her team works to license or secure developing partnerships for Garmin’s five segments: aviation, marine, outdoor, fitness and automotive.
