Most of us think in the context of increasing our confidence. If we exercise or use positive affirmations we can feel more confident. We might wonder what we can do to improve our confidence. In this episode, we look at the habits that are actively hurting your confidence.

If you want to make changes that help your self-esteem and help you feel more self-assured, pay attention to the 5 habits we talk about today. Do you have these habits? If so, how could you stop doing them or become more aware of how they impact how you feel about yourself? You don't have to be perfect and stop each habit. Just practice one or two things here and there to improve your outcome. Pay attention to if your confidence is impacted.

If you work at it, you can improve your confidence exponentially in a short amount of time!

If you really want to become the best version of yourself and have a life you feel is in line with that version of you, work on your confidence!
