Multi-instrumentalist and musical secret agent, Moses Lei, talks about the upcoming Uptown Chamber performance of J.S. Bach's Musical Offering at the Musical Offering Cafe in Berkeley, Wednesday, February 27th, at 8pm. Did Bach's 2nd son, C.P.E. Bach, work for the same Fredrick II that provided the theme for the Musical Offering? We do not find out in the podcast, but we DO find out later in this description... Yes he did. We also discuss the upcoming New Music By Oakland Composers (one of those composers being Mr. Lei) concert March 2nd, and Concerto Club Symposium VIII, a 2 night affair March 29th and 30th. These are part of the Glenview Classical Series at St. Paul's Lutheran Church of Oakland, all at 7:30PM.
