After years of anticipation, a new day has dawned in DC Animation with the series debut of Batman Caped Crusader on Prime Video. Cal & Liam take a break from their typical nostalgia fare to bring their thoughts on the first four episodes of the series and kick things off with Episode 1 titled "In Treacherous Waters." The Good Brothers break down a plot that has the herculean task of establishing a new universe while differentiating itself from its Bruce Timm helmed predecessor. The hosts of course discuss the look of the cartoon, how modern cartoon animated projects compare to the older DC Comics projects, a live orchestral soundtrack from composer Frederik Wiedmann and a rather large voice cast.
