In this episode I talk about how having a strategic plan is vitally important and senior leaders have to know where they are going. However EVERY worker needs to be included and involved in strategic dialogues in order to embed strategy into the organization. At its best a strategic plan is linked to individual performance and what it means for every employee. Senior leaders need to be deeply committed to staying focused on reviewing and communicating the strategic focus on an annual basis.
