In a far-off galaxy, dark and wide,

Lived a space hydra—scaly with pride.

Nine heads, each a dazzling hue,

But the stars shunned it; the planets did, too.

Hydra roamed, alone and cold,

With tales of terror that planets told.

“It's a beast,” they cried, “a menace, a curse!

Its nine heads of venom will make things worse!”

But Hydra was gentle, not savage or mean,

Just caught in a tale so dark and unclean.

“Please,” it pleaded to each passing star,

“I only want peace—no battles, no scar.”

Through the asteroid fields, it slithered in dread,

Trying to heal the wounds left unsaid.

On Planet Zara, it made its first plea:

“Oh, mighty ones, won’t you listen to me?”

The people of Zara looked down with a glare,

“You’ve caused too much fear; no peace do we share.”

But Hydra, with courage, did not shy away;

It sang of harmony, a future of day.

“War is a shadow that eats at the soul.

In friendship, we’re healed; in peace, we’re whole.

My heads may be many, my scales may gleam,

But in my heart is a hopeful dream.”

Planets soon gathered to hear Hydra’s song—

Those it had frightened for so, so long.

From the moons of Daka to the orbs of Zeet,

All stood still in the glow of its heat.

It spoke of stardust that binds every race,

Of galaxies endless and boundless space.

“Why fight,” it asked, “when skies can unite,

In darkness, we find each other’s light?”

A hush swept the cosmos; a silence so deep.

The stars held their breath, as if falling asleep.

Then one planet called out, gentle and small,

“Hydra, forgive us. We misjudged it all.”

One by one, others joined in the cheer,

Casting aside the shadows of fear.

The galaxy sparkled, a new dawn of grace—

Bound by a hydra who found its place.

No longer hated, no longer alone,

Hydra had made the galaxy its own.

With nine heads lifted, it soared through the stars,

A symbol of peace in worlds near and far.
