People always say "communication is key". And still often enough, we find ourselves trying to explain something to some to someone who just doesn't seem to understand what we are saying.
Being able to understand your partner, friends, and peers lays such a vital part of maintaining good relationships. And yet we all struggle with communicating well. This week, Nia and I get to talk about how we think you can up your communication skill. We share a few simple pointers that can bring some major change on how people receive what you say. After all, its not what you, but how you say it that can really resonates with people in a positive or negative way.
