Sarah has worked in the nonprofit sector for 15 years, specializing in health policy, civic engagement, and social justice. She holds an MSc from the London School of Economics in social policy and development studies and conducted research on public program effectiveness in the UK before transitioning to nonprofit work in the US.

Sarah has expertise in service learning and youth leadership. She served as Chief of Impact at a consulting firm using positive organizational psychology for strategic planning, leadership development, and community building. Currently, Sarah is the Director of Program Impact and Evaluation at Creative Visions and is pursuing a second master's degree in evaluation and applied research at Claremont Graduate University.

Having recently returned to her native Maine after living in Thailand, Brazil, Italy, the UK, and NYC, Sarah is passionate about understanding belonging and the role of organizations in fostering community.
