-How Niamh’s identity as a musician was initially built upon external validation and how it eventually lead to creative, emotional, and physical burn-out.

-About the disconnect between dreaming big and taking action. Niamh shares how she needed to learn to build a bridge toward her vision by taking the small daily steps.
