I went outside my comfort zone and decided to use my personal tarot deck Mystic Mondays by Grace Duong.

In the tarot deck, the number 10 is associated with the last card of each of the four suits of the Minor Arcana: the Ten of Wands, the Ten of Cups, the Ten of Swords, and the Ten of Pentacles.

After reflecting on this episode it became clear to me why the number 10 popped up for both of the card recipients today. Each of these cards represents a completion (or end) or fulfillment of the energy of its respective suit. Overall, the number 10 in the tarot deck is significant as it represents completion, fulfillment, and the cyclical nature of life. Just PERFECT messaging for celebrating a new birth year.

The feeling of being backstabbed can be very difficult to overcome, but it is possible. Be patient with yourself and allow yourself to heal at your own pace.

Here are some strategies that may help:

  1. Recognize and accept your feelings: It is natural to feel hurt and betrayed when someone you trusted turns against you. It's important to acknowledge your emotions and allow yourself to feel them fully. Ignoring or suppressing your feelings can make it harder to move on.

  2. Evaluate the situation objectively: Take a step back and try to look at the situation objectively. Was the person really trying to harm you, or did they have other motivations? Was there anything you could have done differently to prevent the situation?

  3. Talk to someone you trust: Talking to a trusted friend, family member, or therapist can help you process your feelings and gain perspective on the situation. They may be able to offer support and guidance on how to move forward.

  4. Focus on the positive: Instead of dwelling on the negative experience, try to focus on the positive aspects of your life. Spend time with people who make you feel good, engage in activities you enjoy, and work on personal goals.

  5. Let go of grudges: Holding onto anger and resentment towards the person who backstabbed you will only harm you in the long run. Try to let go of these negative emotions and focus on your own healing and growth.

Repairing a broken family is not an easy task, and it requires effort and commitment from all family members involved. It's important to work towards a common goal of healing and creating a healthier and more positive family dynamic. Here are some steps that can help:

  1. Communicate: Open and honest communication is essential for repairing a broken family. Encourage all family members to share their thoughts and feelings without judgment. It's important to listen actively, acknowledge each other's perspectives, and work towards understanding each other's points of view.

  2. Address underlying issues: Identify the root causes of the family problems and address them directly. This may involve seeking professional help from a therapist or counselor who can facilitate communication and provide tools and strategies for resolving conflicts.

  3. Set boundaries: In some cases, setting boundaries may be necessary to protect your emotional wellbeing. This may involve limiting contact with certain family members or establishing clear guidelines for behavior and communication.

  4. Practice forgiveness: Forgiveness is an important part of healing and repairing relationships within a family. It's important to let go of past resentments and hurts and move towards a more positive future together.

  5. Focus on the positive: Instead of dwelling on past problems, try to focus on positive aspects of the family relationship. Celebrate each other's accomplishments, share joyful moments together, and work on building new memories and experiences.

Today’s episode is called End and thanks to Frank Ocean for the inspiration in naming it that.
