Today’s guest is Ron Tatum, Executive Director of KAFASI, who has led his community for 20+ years.
Ron learned as a young boy, watching his Mother, give back to the community with her servant leadership. Ron asked his Mom “Why do you work so hard to help others?” Her words impacted his life forever and those were “It’s not always about you!”
You will hear how Ron took that same passion to impact others through mentorship and servant leadership.
It’s incredible to hear how Ron has earned many leadership accolades, but the most impactful ones come from the lives he has impacted. Recently, Ron was at Walmart when he ran into a past mentoree and heard how leadership lessons are still being lived out today under that person’s leadership.
