Prior to the company, Stuart was a senior vice president at Beacon Capital Partners, and a vice president at Vornado Realty Trust where he was responsible for acquisitions, note purchases, and asset financing. Stuart also worked at Clarion Partners, in investment banking at Bear Stearns Real Estate Group, and at Laidlaw Equities. He has a Master of Business Administration from Columbia University.
