Erica is a native of Raleigh, North Carolina and two-time HBCU graduate. She graduated from St. Augustine University with a Bachelors in Sociology and North Carolina A&T University with a Masters in Computer Science with a concentration in cybersecurity. She is the CEO of isupportbobs. isupportbobs is a platform that provides support and brings awareness to Black-owned businesses. It is purposed to encourage established and aspiring entrepreneurs, to become their own boss and expand their brand in an effort to combat unjust employment practices as well as formulating a system and community connecting all things Black. She is also a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Our guest also prides herself in being a Black woman in STEM and a published author.
