A Listen Story: My Brother and I are United by Alien language when Torn apart by distance and off to Summer break
Manage episode 402649346 series 3554666
Recently, my brother from Lebanon visited me in the Netherlands for a month, seeking new opportunities for himself and his family.
During this time, I've realized how much I've changed since leaving Lebanon 23 years ago. Cultural differences sometimes make me feel like I'm speaking an alien language, but it's been a joyful and enlightening experience with my brother.
We've bonded over our shared love for nostalgic rock music, which has always been our anchor during tough times, even amidst war.
As I take a break to plan the podcast's future, I'm grateful for your support. Stay tuned for more life stories and experiences from all walks of life.
Have an amazing summer, and I'll be back soon! 🌞✨xxx
