The second annual Braille Challenge to be held in South Carolina will take place at the State Library's Talking Book Services Library on Thursday, February 4, 2010; South Carolina's first winner of the "I Love My Librarian Award" presented annually by the Carnegie Corporation of New York and by the New York Times to only 10 librarians nationally is Georgetown County Library Director Dwight McInvaill; After a successful year and a half assignment as interim dean of Francis Marion University's James A.
