After a busy summer season it's important to go into the fourth quarter of the year with a plan.

Things are slowing down and it can be easy to start to panic about booking fewer jobs and fearing that your revenue will go down.

But this is just the nature of the moving business and the off-season can be a time of great progress and optimization in your company as well.

In this episode of the Moving Mastery Podcast, I help you come up with a plan for the 4th quarter of 2022 and I give you some things that you need to be doing now in your business as we approach the off-season.

I like to refer to winter as Scaling Season, it's the time to work ON your business, not IN your business. Taking advantage of the slower months to really get your processes and systems dialed in is huge.

Having your off-season marketing plan ready and making sure your sales process is on point will make all the difference in keeping your calendar full of booked jobs during the winter.

Also, reviewing your P&L (Profit and Loss) statement the correct way and setting some post-season objectives will really get the needle moving for you this winter.
