Francie Millan, the radiant 21-year-old titleholder of Miss Grand Texas 2023, balances her reign with a thriving real estate career in her home state. Alongside her family, she's made her mark on San Antonio's food scene, co-founding the city's first-ever Uruguayan restaurant.
An enthusiastic soccer fan with a passion for gastronomy, Francie loves exploring new cultures and cherishing moments with her family.
