This week Felicia takes us through the history of the hospital also known as TALA.
Built as a better way to treat patients with mental illnesses, TALA was a beacon of a better future in medicine. But it didn't take long for the crowds to grow and conditions within the facility to worsen.
Open for 130 years, this hospital has a legacy that will be talked about for generations to comes.
