I get the question all the time, what exactly is hypnosis and what if I can’t go under? Go under suggests that you might be under someone’s spell or under someone’s power. It’s one of the most common misconceptions and I want to thank Little Britain for making it so! Jokes aside, this is one of the most important concepts that people need to understand because without it they can’t empower themselves with Hypnosis and therefore rob themselves of potential empowerment.
