The impact Neil has on the Able Shepherd program, Able-Nation.org, as well as the Stand in the Gap Initiative is immeasurable! When you combine a lifetime of experience with a strong Christian faith and foundation along with a humble and engaging personality that is second to none .. everyone is rewarded personally and professionally by the presence of The Sage.
As Neil prepares to relocate from Colorado to Louisiana in the next phase of his life to be closer to his sons and grandchildren, he takes time to reflect and share stories with Jimmy on the development of the Able Shepherd program and the countless memories made along the way.
To say Neil has had an impact on every individual he has worked or trained with, to include Jimmy and the Able Shepherd program is a massive understatement. Quite literally we would not be where we are today without the knowledge, experience, guidance and wisdom which Neil has imparted on us all.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, and best wishes to Neil as he transitions into the next phase.
While Neil will continue to be a guiding force, his daily presence, warmth, and generosity will certainly be missed.
