I wanted to dedicate this episode to promoting some of my favorite black female entrepreneurs. As we all know, their has been a lot of racial tension and as a country we are having to come to terms with the sorted past of the founding fathers. We've had to acknowledge how systems have been put in place to keep black people and other people of color held back from opportunities.
