Jivar shares how he was able to acquire it and then transform it from a 1-star hotel to a boutique hotel. Houston Heights House Hotel now opens the door to many local events and activities.
Vee, the founder of REBallers, is a franchise owner and a Developmental Agent of HomeVestors “We Buy Ugly Houses”. Today, Vee is actively buying and selling properties in Houston, Austin, San Antonio, and Corpus Christi, TX while growing her rental portfolio of long-term and short-term rentals.
Jivar is a University of Houston graduate, he has devoted his time and entrepreneurial drive, to building the strong foundation that is Rise Construction, Benchmark Insurance Group of Texas. He has dedicated his resources to pursuing projects that promote the revitalization of urban areas, like the renovation of the Astro Inn (reopening as Heights House Hotel in 2020) contributing to the progress of building Houston forward.
