With many fans expecting a conclusion of the Man on the Moon series, Kid Cudi instead dropped Indicud. With Cudi taking over most of the production, and made a truly surreal soundscape of his emotions. With features from King Chip, Michael Bolton, Kendrick Lamar, HAIM and more, Kid Cudi was able to deliver a solid project that made fans ok with missing on M.O.T.M III. We discuss Cudi’s impact on the current generation of music as well.
We also made space to recognize the passing of Hip Hop Legend DMX. Although this was recorded before his passing, we made space to recognizing his greatness.
