This week we’ve got a wonderful story to share with you as we speak to Annemarie Munk. A former athlete, and coach Annemarie’s life has revolved around sport. Growing up in Hong Kong and heading to the Olympics as a 14-year-old catapulted her into a life of sport.
We explore everything from her athlete experiences to her lessons drawn from the different cultures she has been immersed in over the years. We touch on some of the lifestyle challenges of coaching and how the sector seems to be undergoing a shift to a more professionalised nature.
